How Much Do I Pay When Moving in?

When moving in you need to pay (per person):

First week rent in advance

for example if your month's rent is £400 you will pay only £300 because you have already paid the £100

The first month's rent is payable in cash or bank transfer

Set up a direct debit to avoid hassle free payment transcations

What Happens When I Move Out?

You need to give us at least 1 month notice by email or in writing

Clean your room and take all your belongings with you

Return all sets of keys
